Arini Safira, MD is an ophthalmologist with sub-specialty in Glaucoma. She received her MD from University of Indonesia and graduated exceptionally from Department of Ophthalmology University of Indonesia/Cipto Mangunkusumo Hospital in 2012. She has done glaucoma fellowship in Cipto Mangunkusumo Hospital, Jakarta Eye Center and Lions Eye Hospital. Her expertise and practice include general ophthalmology, cataract surgery and comprehensive management of glaucoma i.e lasers, drainage surgery and glaucoma implant.

Dr Arini is actively participating in various seminars in the country and abroad as a participant as well as speaker. She has done several research and presented them in international conference. Moreover, she has been involved in community ophthalmology research and projects such as charity for cataract surgeries
