Dr. Susy Fatmariyanti, SpM(K) adalah dokter mata konsultan di bidang onkologi, okuloplasti dan rekonstruksi. Beliau juga seorang pengajar di Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Airlangga. Belia Beliau juga merupakan dokter pendidik klinis di RSUD Dr. Soetomo Surabaya. Beliau terlibat aktif dalam pelayanandi unit rawat jalan, unit gawat darurat termasuk mengerjakan operasi. Beliau juga aktif dalam pengajaran, pembimbingan, penelitian dan pengabdian masyarakat. Banyak karya-karya lmiah (poster, artikel, laporan kasus, bahkan penelitian) yang sudah dipublikasikan secara nasional maupun internasional, baik sebagai author maupun co-author. Karya-karya ilmiah ini menunjukkan kepedulian beliau menyumbangkan pemikiran-pemikirannya untuk kemajuan ilmu pengetahuan. Di tahun 2019 beliau medapat penghargaan dari RSUD Dr. Soetomo sebagai Dokter Terbaik Tahun 2019. Beliau aktif sebagai pembicara seminar nasional ilmiah. Beliau m.emperdalam lmu onkologi mata melalui fellowship yang diselengarakan ICO (International Council of Ophthalmology) selama 3 bulan di University of Cologne, Jerman di tahun 2017.

Dalam bidang organisasi beliau aktif sebagai anggota dan pengurus Perdami Cabang Jawa Timur. Tahun 2017-2019 sebagai koordinator sie ilmiah, sedangkan sejak tahun 2019 sampai sekarang menjabat sebagai bendahara II. Sebagai anggota, beliau aktif mengikuti kegiatan pemberantasan buta katarak dengan mengikuti banyak bakti sosial operasi katarak. Tahun 2016-2019 beliau tercatat sebagai sekretaris Bank Mata. Jabatan yang baru diterima tahun 2020  adalah sebagai bendahara II POI (Perhimpunan Onkologi Indonesia) Cabang Surabaya. Dalam organisasi  nasional beliau adalah member INASCRS (Indonesian Society of Cataract and Refractive Sugery ) dan INASOPRS  (Indonesian Spciety of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Society).   Dalam organisasi intenasional beliau tercatat sebagai anggota  APACRS (Asia Pacific Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery) dan APTOS (Asia Pacific Ophthalmic Trauma Society).

Di Klinik Utama Mata JEC-Java@Surabaya beliau aktif memperdalam ilmu pengetahuan dan  kompetensinya. Melalui fellowship yang diselenggarakan INASCRS di Klinik Mata dr. Hasri Ainun Habibie Bogor beliau mengikuti  Phacoemulsification Surgery Course tahun 2016. Sedangkan kemampuan bedah refraktif khususnya Lasik dan ReLEx SMILE beliau dapatkan melalui course, live sugery, wetlab, maupun hands-on di Singapore Nationa Eye Center  (SNEC) maupun JEC bekerjasama dengan Zeiss. Dalam menjalankan pelayanan sehari-hari, beliau merupakan pribadi yang berintegritas, mengutamakan kejujuran, melakukan komunikasi yang efektif, dan menjunjung tinggi profesionalisme. Inform consent menjadi sarana utama untuk memberikan edukasi dan pemahaman kepada pasien dan keluarga.
